In October of 2009, the Trane Company was awarded a cost savings Performance Contract by Passavant Hospital in Jacksonville, IL. As a result of this, Flozone Services, Inc. was brought in to provide an Integrated Water and Energy Management System to provide chemical free water treatment supporting 2,560 tons of HVAC cooling. The administration’s vision of upgrading their facility to greater sustainability while maintaining their vision of preserving the environment is reflected by their choice in the Flozone technology.

In March of 2004, Flozone Services, Inc. was contracted to provide water treatment for the HVAC system supporting Tri Lakes Hospital in Batesville, MS. The HVAC system supports a magnificent 98 bed state-of-the-art facility. The administration’s vision to run a first class facility is reflected by their choice in the Flozone technology.

After an in-depth site survey Flozone installed an IMS system with e3 Sentinel 24/7 monitoring to mange the water side of the client’s HVAC system. Facility personnel decided not to employ the traditional acid-bath, chiller-brushing and pressure washers to clean the system prior to the installation of Flozone, but rather to test the Flozone process itself, to determine if Flozone could clean the system without risking the damage to capital equipment caused by acids, tube brushing and pressure washing equipment.
