Flozone Services was called to address HVAC water treatment at NES

In 2003, with a recommendation from an engineer representing Gresham Smith & Partners, Flozone Services was called on to address the HVAC water treatment needs of NES. There was active corrosion in the tower basin and hot wells. The strainers required regular cleaning by on-site personnel. Also, the multi-stack chillers could not function as designed due to previous water treatment issues.

After Flozone was installed, NES began to see increasingly longer time spans between strainer cleanings and commented that the towers could last another 5 years if necessary with the new chemical-free water treatment program. Flozone Services’ Integrated Management Program provided NES with substantial utility & maintenance savings over the life of the contract.

In 2008 Flozone Services, Inc. introduced E3 Sentinel, in conjunction with our Integrated Management System (IMS), the E3 Sentinel offers our customers enhanced 24/7 monitoring of their HVAC system.  As part of our comprehensive service, the IMS can monitor your chillers and cooling towers to maximize the efficiency of your HVAC system.
