Coolsprings Galleria Mall Uses Ozone for Water Treatment in HVAC System

In July of 2011, Flozone Services installed an Integrated Management System, which uses ozone for HVAC water treatment, for CBL and Associates Properties at their location at the Coolsprings Galleria Mall. The installation was part of an overall mechanical service contract with the Mall through Lee Company, Mechanical Contractors of Franklin, Tennessee.  They chose Flozone Services (a technology based non-chemical water treatment company) over previously well maintained traditional chemical treatment systems. Flozone Services provides substantial HVAC water and energy savings annually over former chemically treated systems.

The E3 Sentinel, in conjunction with our Integrated Management System (IMS), offers our customers enhanced 24/7 monitoring of their HVAC system.  As part of our comprehensive service, the IMS can monitor the condenser water to maximize the efficiency your chillers and cooling towers.  Utilizing our remote monitoring and certified field technicians, we have provided better service and tighter controls.

This dynamic partnership between CBL and Associates, Lee Company, and Flozone Services is keeping consistent with the corporate objectives of environmental stewardship. We are pleased to report that Flozone Services has provided both environmental and utility savings since installing the IMS unit.
